the force away from the centre is called as centrifugal force

here is your answer
If an object is moving uniformly in a circle of radius r with speed v ,then the tension in the string will be T=*(mv/r) = centripetal force .
According to Newton 3rd law , to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction .This reaction force acting on the string is called centrifugal force .
