What is centrifugal force ? In which direction its acts? Why it is called pseudo force?

the centrifugal force is an inertial force (also called a "fictitious" or "pseudo" force) directed away from the axis of rotation that appears to act on all objects when viewed in a rotating frame of reference.
Centrifugal force is called pseduo because it is imaginary force,but it becomes usefull in some cases.

The particles in this force are tangentially thrown outwards.
