cerebral reflexes are those reflexes in which brain is involved nd thinking process occurs . for example closing of eyes when exposed to bright light. spinal reflexes arereflexes in which spinal cord is involved and response is shown immediately. for example tking away our hand when kept in hot objects.

Impulses reach the brain only after that. Subsequently conscious responses are made. Reflex arc is the path of impulses in the reflex action. Reflexes formed from the brain are called cerebral reflexes. Blinking of the eye is a cerebral reflex.
