Nerve cell or neuron is the structural and functional unit of nervous system .
It controls activities by sending electrical impulse called nerve impulse.
It contain dendrides , cell body and axon.
Dendridesis a branched process which recieve information and convert into electrical impulses and transfer it towards the cell body.
Cellbody contains a spherical nucleus , nissle granules and cytoplasm or neuroplasm.
Axon is an unbranched cell process which transfer information away from cell body.
