Charge body is the body which obtained charge(positive or Negative) due to transfer of electrons from one to another body.
Ex. Sodium transfers its excessive electron to chlorine which needs one more electron.Actually both have same no. of electrons and protons. So they have no charge.
Due to transfer of electrons they are in change in no. of electrons and protons. So if that atom has more protons it obtains + charge. If that atom has more electrons it obtains Negative charge.
So Sodium obtains + charge and Chlorine obtains - charge. They both attract each other and forms NaCl(salt).
