Chemical reaction, a process in which one or more substances, the reactants, are converted to one or more different substances, the products. Types of chemical reaction are:
Combination

Decomposition-Decomposition reactions are really the opposite of combination reactions.

Single displacement-In single displacement reactions, a more active element displaces (kicks out) another less active element from a compound.

Double displacement- In double displacement reactions, or metathesis reactions, two species (normally ions) are displaced

Combustion-Combustion reactions occur when a compound, usually one containing carbon, combines with the oxygen gas in the air.

Redox-In this reduction-oxidation reactions, are reactions in which electrons are exchanged.

Hey mate !!!

here is your answer !!!

▶ Chemical reaction :-

Chemical reaction is type of chemical change in which new substance is formed with new property.

the substance which combined or react are known as a reactant.

and the substance which are newly formed is known as product.

for example :- 2Mg + O2 => 2MgO .

====================================

following are the type of chemical reaction:-

1) combination reaction:-

the reaction in which reactant are combined to form a new single product with new property is known as combination reaction

for example for example:-

H2 + Cl 2 ====> 2HCL

====================================

2) decomposition reaction:-

the reaction in which a single substance decomposers and give two or more substance is known as decomposition reaction.

decomposition reaction is just opposite of combination reaction.

1) type of decomposition reaction:-

1) thermal decomposition reaction

2) electrolysis decomposition reaction.

3) photolytic decomposition reaction.

for example :-

Agcl3 ==========> Ag + Cl2

AgBr =============> Ag + Br2

===================================

3) displacement reaction:-

the reaction in which one element take place of another element in a compound is known as displacement reaction.

in this reaction are more reactive element displays the less reactive element from its compound.

for example:-

Cuso4 + Fe =====> FeSo4 + Cu

===================================

4) double displacement reaction:-

the reaction in which two compound react by exchange of there I Aint to form to new compounds is known as double displacement reaction.

generally in double displacement reaction there is formation of insoluble precipitate.

for example :-

HCL + NaOH ==========> NaCl + H20

==================================

5) precipitate reactions:-

the reaction in which beer is formation of insoluble substance by the exchange of Ions is known as precipitate reactions.

for example:-

Ba(OH )2 (Aq) + HBr (aq) ==> BaBr2 (aq) + H20

here there is a formation of precipitate that is barium Bromide.
