When aqoueos solution of NaCl is passed through electricity then It Forms

NaOh and Chlorine.... that's called chlor alkali process...

➡If electricity is passed through saturated aqueous solution of NaCl(brime) it decomposes to produce NaOH(alkalic) near cathode, chlorine gas at anode and hydrogen gas at cathode. This process is called chlor-alkaline process.
