Heya..
In simple words, chlorophyll is the green colored pigment present inside the leaves of a plant. The chlorophyll helps plants to prepare their food through photosynthesis . It has the property of trapping sunlight in it. Most of the plants have chlorophyll inside their leaves, such as Cabbage, Lettuce, Rose leaves, Mango leaves, Banana leaves, Carrot leaves etc.
