Hey, lahshiv
Too big of a question, dear!
Acc to Chomsky, we humans are bien with innate dispositions. We have an innate knowledge of grammar that serves as the basis of language acquisition. Language is an INSTINCT in us, like crying in newborns.
Instinct can be understood as reflex actions, which do not include the Voluntary Nervous System, but the Autonomic N.System.
Chomsky taught that language is much like walking. Though humans learn by example, he proposed that we are all born with a 'fundamental' understanding of the underlying mechanisms of language.
