Down syndrome is a disorder occur dur to chromosomal abnormality. This is the first inscribed chromosomal disorder for human beings. Infants with this an extra chromosomes. They have 47 chrmosomes instead of 46.

Children which are suffer through down syndrome have short life and mentally retarded. Mentally retarted is more prominet characteristic of down syndrome. They have a short height, short wide neck, flat nise, short fingers, scanty hair, singke horizonatl crease on palm, and a life expentency of about 16-20 years.
