Answer - On May 4, 1930 Mahatma Gandhi was arrested by the British officers and was put in the Yervavada jail when he announced that he would lead a raid on Dharsana and Solapur. On January 25, 1931 Gandhiji and all other members of the Congress Working Committee were unconditionally released.
