Cloning is the production of an exact copy of a cell, any other living part, or a complete organism .It is done by taking the cell from mammary gland of a female Finn Dorset sheep and simultaneously, an egg from Scottish blackface ewe.The nucleus was removed from egg and the nucleus from mammary gland from Finn Dorset sheep was inserted into the egg of Scottish blackface ewe. The egg which was produced was implanted into the Scottish blackface ewe. Development of egg took place and a small lamb was born.It is the first cloned animal called DOLLY
