the closure property means that the sum of any kind of integer (fraction,decimal)results in the same kind of integer i. e either fraction or decimal
for eg.2+4=6 (the sum of two integers is also an integer)
whereas in division that is not true-because
10/5=2(an integer as a result ) but
9/2=4.5(a decimal)
