Clot Defination!

Blood Clots form when certain parts of your blood thicken, forming a Semi Solid mass.

This process may be triggered by an injury or it can sometimes occur inside blood vessels that don't have an obvious injury.

Explanation

Blood that has been converted from a liquid to a solid state.

Also called a thrombus.

The process by which a blood clot forms is termed coagulation.

A blood clot, or thrombus, is stationary within a vessel or the heart.
