coal is a fossil fuel and a non renewable source of energy which has been formed millions of year ago due to high pressure and lack of oxygen .

dead organisms in absence of oxygen and due to great pressure.

coal is a fossil fuel means fuel made of fossils dead plants and vegetation .It is made when a very years ago trees on Earth trapped under Earth surface and due to high pressure and high temperature in the absence of oxygen converted into coal.
