HERE'S YOUR ANSWER!!!
_______________________________
If no party is able to receive majority of votes in election then in order to form a government a coalition government is formed. In it 2 or more major parties make an alliance to form a government.
If no coalition government is formed then re-elections are conducted.
To make a government more than 50 % votes are required. So, the allied parties should have more than 50 % of votes in total.
