1. in co-dominance both the parental phenotype are mixed together and form thirt phenotype and in incomplete dominance both the parental alleles are not mixed together.
2. in co-dominance both both the parental alleles produce their effect independently and in incomplete dominance both the parental alleles is intermediate in the offspring.
3. examples - in co-dominance inheritance in AB blood group and in incomplete dominance inheritance in height , weight and eye colour
