Coelenterates is the general term used to describe Cnidarians and Ctenophores. Coelenterates are largely marine animals with simple tissue level of organisation and radial symmetry.
Examples:-
Sea anemones, corals, jelly fishes, Hydra (Cnidarians)
Pleurobrachia, Ctenoplana (Ctenophores)
