Collinear points are those points which lie on the same line.
Non Collinear points are those which don't lie on the same line.
For eg vertices of triangle are non collinear.
Adjacent vertices of a rectangle are collinear.

Those points which lie on the same line are called colinear points whereas those points which do not lie on the same line are called non-colinear points...
