If you see a lot of open ovals and circles, as well as open squares, you can be fairly certain that you are looking at Korean script. While Japanese has curvy shapes, it doesn't have complete circles within the characters as Korean does.

The Korean , Japanese and Chinese scripts are very different , they might look similar at first but as you continue learning them they appear to be very different in many aspects . The strokes are kind of similar . Some of the grammar structure of the three scripts is also similar .
