Lahartara is a place in Varanasi,Uttar Pradesh. Ramayana is an epic which depicts the story of Ram and his entire family. Varanasi is a place which is mentioned in Ramayana and Mahabharatha. Varanasi has river Ganga coming from Ghats. I think that there is nothing mentioned about Lahartara in Ramayana.
