Community government is an elected body by the people belonging to one language, one culture, or any commom property no matter where they live. This body thas the power regarding cultural, educational and language related issues. According to some other exterts this is not a government body, it is just formed by certain kind of community for ther development and welfare of that particular community were as, central or state goverment will look after entire population not one or certain kind of communities.

A community government is one in which different social groups are given the power to handle the affairs related to their communities. They are expected to work jointly for the benefit of the common masses without undermining any one community.
