Computer is such a word which exactly don't have any meaning. Its just like such words which don't have any meaning unless you bring it into a real life. For example the most word 'love'. The word didn't had any meaning earlier , but when you start loving someone, you understand the meaning. Similarly it can be compared with words such as pain, happiness , excitement etc.

Computer earlier was actually used for computing higher level of mathematical expression. Later , human started evolving it , and slowly and slowly new features were added. In today's dathe , computer can be used for many purposes. Charles Babbage was the one to make this wonderful device. Speaking about Babbage , he was a mechanical engineer. Though , his computer missed most important basic structure of present day computers. His computer had a very special name 'the analytic engine'.

A computer is mainly used for following purposes :-

• Computation

• Automation

• Communication

• Entertainment

• Managing Information

Using a computer ensures you high speed , accuracy , storage , Diligence , versatility , reliability and obviously Automation. The CPU is said to be the brain of the a computer. A computer contains both input and output devices. Computer is much more used and replacing humans because it can perform a task with a high speed as that of a human. Inspire of having a very high speed , it can give you accuracy and you can rely on that. Without being irritated from your commands , it can perform same task with same speed and accuracy.

A computer can be classified five types :-

• Super Computer : They are very fast and has a great storage capacity.

• Main frame : These kind of computer has a speciality of being shared by multiple computers.

• Micro Computer : As the name suggests they are very small.

• Personal Computer : These computers are owned by a single person.

• Mini Computers : They are desk sized computer.

• 1NF : First Normal Form.

• 3GL : Third Generation Programming Language
