we can say that the concentration of a solution is the quantity of a solute that is contained in a particular quantity of solvent or solution. so now what is mean by solution and solvent so Solutions are homogeneous mixtures containing one or more solutes in a solvent. and the solute is the substance that is dissolved inside the solvent.

i.e
if the pH value of any substance is in between 7 and 14 then it is basic in nature.
if the pH value is in between 1 and 7 then it is acidic in nature.
and if the pH value is 7 then it is neutral.
