what is concept of positive and negative liberty??

positive liberty:
In this persons stay collected for a good work.

negative liberty:
the persons stay collected for their selfish ness.

lovehanjra: as we know some time people use to make a rush for good perpose as for justice for someone or for other good things but some time they got collected as for thier fun or to harsd some one.

Positive liberty is the possession of the capacity to act upon one's free will, as opposed to negative liberty, which is freedom from external restraint on one's actions. A concept of positive liberty may also include freedom from internal constraints.
