Conductivity is the inverse of resistivity.
Conductivity is directly proportional to the conductance of the material and its area of cross section & inversely proportional to its length. Conductance is the inverse of resistance, i.e. resistance gives opposition to flow of electrons and conductance gives the ease with which electrons can flow through the material.
Hope this will help you.... ✌
