Hey mate here is ur answer

Congenital diseases are medical conditions that are present in an individual at birth. Many congenital disorders are genetic in nature. They can be passed down from one or both of the parents. The risk of genetic problems is obviously increased in families with a history of this disorder. For example, sickle cell anemia, Albinism etc.

Answer:

Congenital Disorders. ... Between 2% and 3% of newborns have a congenital disorder that will require medical attention. Most birth defects are single such as a congenital cardiac defect, spina bifida, cleft lip, or talipes, but some, such as chromosomal disorders like Down syndrome, affect multiple body systems.

And ya it's congenital disorders not disease.
