what is congruency and similarities?

congruency means over lapping of two triangles on each other in this case both triangles are said to be congruent. but in similarities between two triangles there shape and size looks same but not actually overlap each other.

Congruency : It refers to two or more shapes which are equal in shape and size.
Similarity : Being similar of shapes
