CONSISTENT WILL REMAIN SAME OR CONSTANT FOR A LONG TIME. OR CONSISTENT IS THE ONE WHICH WILL BE SAME WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE TIME PERIOD.
BUT INCONSISTENT ONES WILL CHANGE OVER TIME. THEY WONT REMAIN SAME. THEY WILL UNDERGO CHANGES
