A constitution is a total set of fundamental ideologies or established standards according to a state or another organization that is governed.


There is a need of constitution because:


• To keep a track on the check on the government


• To maintain the law and regulations of the country.


• To define the proper duties of every officer in the government.

it provides safeguards for minority

it protects the cultures and interests of minorities

it lays down limits on govt.

it explains citizens their rights

it generates a degree of trust and co-ordination among the citizens
