People belongs to different regions, who speak different languages,have very different lifestyles. Though different in beliefs and actions , they differ in many thing.

Yet, they may or may not agree on all the issues. Therefore,the constitution provides a set of rules , principles and laws acceptable to almost all, as the basis of life and governence of the country.
