Remainder CAN'T be greater or equal to divisor...

and option c is also incorrect in the sence that it also gives no's which are greater than 4 (divisor ) ...except for the value 0 which CAN'T be considered positive or negative...

so only option remains here is d

since 4,8,12,....are also positive integers ,so if any of them is divided by 4 ....remainder is 0
