What is corrosion? How can you prevent it? ​

Corrosion :- The wasting away of metals layer by layer due to the actions of certain substances like humidity, water, acids etc is called corrosion.

Prevention:-

  1. Galvanisation :- applying a layer of Zinc (Zn) on the surface of metals
  2. Use of antioxidants.
