hello friend, here is your answer.

____________________________

Coulomb's Law states that like charges repel and opposite charges attract, with a force proportional to the product of the charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.

Derivation:

F directly proportional to q1 q2

F inversely proportional to r²

=>F proportional to (q1 q1)/r²

=>F =(k q1 q2)/r²
