Creamy layer are those advanced sections of the society who shouldnot get the benefits of SEBC and are even richer than the general caste. They always take the benefits at the time of IIT exams and other entrace exams and easily qualify.
where a student of general caste deserving the rights to get seats are denied .They always are the beneficial sections of the society who enjoys finance like generals and reservation like SEBC.
Therefore they are known as the creamy layer of the country due to whom our country cannor develop.
HOPE IT HELPS.
