Explanation:Cross cultural communication is a way of communicating  between individuals who have differences in either styles of working/  nationality/age/race/ ethnicity/ gender etc. It is a way of communicating between people of different cultures.

Every individual practice culture at different levels. For example a person grows up in a community which follows a set of culture, then there is a set of culture followed in the workplace etc. As a result the person encounters an ongoing clash between his/her culture and the one he/she is exposed to. The main reason for such clash is because the individual believe that his /her  culture is superior than others. Therefore it is utmost important to avoid misunderstandings that can bring about a conflict amongst individuals or groups.

Cross cultural communication brings about a sense of trust and cooperation thereby giving impetus to correct response rather than sending out a right message.
