What is cryber crime , if some one abuses online to any organisation?

cyber crime involves online criminal activities like phishing to get your passwords, precious data theft of users from servers, stealing money directy from company server,hacking camera sof people etc..and is subjected to severe penalty by goverment those who do these things are called hackers
..there are again 2 types of hackers ethical hacker and real hacker.ethical hacker finds security holes in websites and patch them or upgrade entire website
