Cryptography is associated with the process of converting ordinary plain text into unintelligible text and vice-versa. Symmetric-key Cryptography: Both the sender and receiver share a single key. The sender uses this key to encrypt plaintext and send the cipher text to the receiver

Cryptography and Explaination for types of cryptography:
Cryptography is an art of hiding Messages by converting the plain text into the ciphertext which is in an unintelligible text.
The two types of Cryptography are:
Single Key or Symmetric Key Algorithm
Private Key or Asymmetric Encryption Algorithm
- In symmetric-key cryptography the same key is used for both encryption and decryption.
- In Asymmetric key Cryptography different key is used for encryption and decryption.
- It is used to secure information from unauthorised persons.
- In the present time, everyone is online and to prevent intruders from getting any personal information about anyone else.
- Some mechanism is required to Encrypt the information.
- This hiding of Information is known as the Cryptography.
- Cryptography mostly depends on Mathematical Algorithms which are difficult for a normal person to Solve because of large Computation and time is required to do so.
