Crystallization is a state change from liquid to solid form.....Water or other liquid freezing causes crystallation. Many chemicals will crystallize as well out of.... supersaturated solutions. 

1)Crystals of pure solid are formed. Impurities remain dissolved in solution

2)Separate the crystals of pure solid by filtration and dry.
