crystalisation means separating a dissolved solid from the water by evaporation for example salt water
first of all we should take salt water in a beaker and then we have to keep it in sun to evaporate water then after some time water gets evaporated and salt will be left this is crystallisation experiment
principle is that the water evaporates but the salt particles in water doesn't so salt would be left over
