"Crystallisation" is a process of separating solid substance from liquid substance, it's a solid– liquid separation and purification technique by which people are used to take out the solid material or substance from a liquid substance by this process, this process is mainly used in big factories to separates sugar crystal ( Big and hard particles of sugar ) from the liquid solution of sugar. The dry product which are obtained after this process can be packed / stored without the purification. The Example of a crystallisation is ' Taking out the Sugar crystal from sugar liquid soloution'.
