Curd basically means what we call dahi or doi.This is a diary product which is obtained by adding yest with milk and leaving the milk container with the yest for at least 2 day or 1 day. Eating curd is a very healthy habbit as it cures us from any stomach problem except bigger problems. Please comment is my information is helpful or not.
