Curfew

  • Curfew is a ban on activities. The curfew is a constitutional act that prohibits night time/day time operations during emergency by the government, or the military, and is specifically implemented by the military and police based on the public safety order . It is generally used in times of war , national emergencies etc.

During the curfew, when passing through the streets or other public places in the curfew area, you must have your own identity document and a special pass issued by the curfew implementing agency.

Curfews can be a specific time (limited to night or 24 hours a day), a specific period (a few days, months or longer), a specific target (all persons or a specific gender and age group) and a designated area ( A few blocks or nationwide).

The executive of the curfew has the right to detain those who violate the curfew regulations until the end of the curfew , and has the right to search the traveler's body and inspect the items he carries. Persons who resist the curfew regulations may be detained or subject to other mandatory measures including the use of weapons.

During the curfew, some or all of the rights and freedoms of citizens stipulated by the Constitution and laws will be restricted or suspended.

A curfew is an order specifying a time during which certain regulations apply. Typically it refers to the time when individuals are required to return to and stay in their houses or homes. Such an order may be issued by public authorities but also by the owner of a house to those living in the household.
