cyber crime as the word suggested that it is a crime so the crime done by using modern technologies such as computer mobile phones iPads tablets and so on. if you want to report the cybercrime then you can and appeal the case into the Court either to the technical Ministry of India.

A word "Cyber Crime" came into Existence. In Short , all crimes committed or resorted by abusing electronic media, internet or otherwise , with the purpose of influence the functionality of computer system are come under "Cyber Crime".
