in meterology , a cyclone is a large scale air mass that rotates around a strong center of low atmospheric pressure, counterclockwise in Northern hemisphere and clock wise in the southern Hemisphere as viewed . cyclones are categories by inward-spiraling wind that rotates about a zone of low pressure.
