⚫it is the semi soild transparent colorless fluid found inside the cell , between nuclear membrane and cell wall.
⚫it does not include nucleus.
⚫it contains cell organelles such as mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, ribosomes.... etc.

✨protoplasm :-

⚫it is the total living substance of the cell.
⚫it ranges from the cell wall to inside the cell and includes cytoplasm as well as nucleus.
⚫it also contains cell organelles as cytoplasm contains.

Cytoplasm is a component of protoplasm. It is a material that has a grainy appearance.
