Cytoplasm refers to the fluid that fills the cell, which includes the cytosol along with filaments, proteins, ions and macromolecular structures as well as the organelles suspended in the cytosol.

cytoplasm is a fluid jelly, transparent, often appearing granular, substances present inside the cell membrane. It also contains many specialised cell organelles. And the fluid that remains in the cell when all organelles are removed is referred to as cytosol.
