difference between crop rotation and intercropping are-

crop rotation- the practice of growing different crops on a piece of land in a pre planned manner. example- one year rotation crop maize or mustard, rice and wheat.

intercropping- it is a practice of two or more crops growing in a same field with definite Pro pattern called intercropping example finger millet, cowpea....
