What is dancing resonance and how the sigma electrons are delocalized in dancing resonance. please explain this in detail i am not getting it correctly? thanks in advance

The de- localization of sigma electrons  is known as sigma resonance or dancing resonance. In dancing resonance structures, carbo-cations are attached directly to a 3-membered cyclic rings.The stability order goes as per- tertiary>secondary>primary. Thus the sigma electrons seems dancing due to changing stability
