In some cosmological theories) non-luminous material which is postulated to exist in space and which could take either of two forms: weakly interacting particles ( cold dark matter ) or high-energy randomly moving particles created soon after the Big Bang ( hot dark matter ).

Hey!

Dark matter is a hypothetical particle predicted by scientists which results in attraction between stars in galaxies.

______________________________________

Universe has 26.8% (approx) dark matter.

Accompanied with dark energy, these particles are mysterious particles in the Universe till now.

Due to dark matter, stars are there in place of galaxies

We can't see such particles, so it named as dark matter.

Dark matter is also responsible for bending of light due to spacetime curvature.

These particles haven't antimatter.
